Teacher Appreciation Week is here!

It’s Teacher Appreciation Week, and the Thank a Teacher campaign is going strong. We’ve partnered again with the Virginia Lottery to achieve one goal: sending thank-you notes to as many Virginia public school teachers as possible.

Thank a teacher today – visit www.thankateacherva.com to send a digital thank-you note! While you’re at it, please remind parents, students and anyone who knows a deserving teacher that they can do the same. You can send the notes through midnight on Friday, May 10.

Teachers who receive a thank-you note can enter for a chance to win one of two Virginia vacation packages courtesy of the Virginia Tourism Corporation. All PTAs that participate will receive Virginia Lottery Scratchers along with their notecards.

For more information, visit www.thankateacherva.com. Thank you for supporting the Thank a Teacher campaign – and for recognizing our hardworking public school teachers!
